Real Estate is my passion!  My personal goal for each of my clients is to utilize my experience and professionalism to the utmost...thereby creating a transaction that is both satisfying and enjoyable.  And most importantly, a transaction that will produce positive results and lasting relationships!

I was a founding partner and CEO of a burgeoning multi-milliion dollar small business.  For over 30 years my mission was to make certain my clients and customers received the best from me, my associates and my company.  Obviously this mission was successful...the business was acquired by an international corporation. 

I began a second career in Real Estate in 1991.  In 2001 I settled full-time in Northeast Florida.  I have cultivated a solid and ever-growing real estate business in the area, and in turn, developed my network and capabilities to include St. Johns County and the Jacksonville metro area.

I believe in my chosen industry.  As a consistent top producer, it has been my good fortune to be the receipient of the Watson Silver Pinnacle Award,  SMC New Home Sales Award and Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award.  My most prestigious award, however...and the award of which I am most proud, is that of referrals received from my evergrowing base of customers and clients.

I am the mother of two wonderful daughters and "Nana" to three lovely granddaughters.  And I am the luckiest person I know - only good things and good people happen to me.....I am Vikki Powell and I want to be YOUR REALTOR!!
